What's the processs like?
1. Submit Your Order: Upload your chosen photo and customize the size and colors of your product.
2. Artwork Preview (1–4 days): A preview will be sent directly to your email.
3. Unlimited Revisions: Request as many adjustments as you’d like until the artwork feels just right.
4. Production (1–3 days): After approval, we’ll craft your order locally in the U.S. or Australia.
5. Delivery: Full details about shipping times and methods are available in our Shipping Policy.
Need it sooner? Choose our Priority Pass option to move your design to the top of the list, and pair it with Express or Priority Shipping at checkout for the fastest delivery.
Can I have several people or pets featured in one unique design?
Here are the limits depending on the product type:
- Hoodies, sweatshirts, and t-shirts: Up to 4 people or pets can be included.
- Mugs and caps: Up to 2 people or pets.
- Kids’ products: Maximum of 2 people or pet.
- Prints (posters, framed posters, and posters with hanger): Up to 8 people or pets.
You can also combine elements from different photos! Simply upload the images you’d like us to use and add your instructions in the Drawing Notes section so our artists can create your design exactly how you want it.
If you’d like something different or have a special request, just let us know — we’ll be glad to make it happen!
How long will it take for my order to e ready?
DESIGN PREVIEW (1–4 DAYS*):
Once you place your order, our artists will prepare your custom artwork and send you a preview within 1 to 4 business days.
PRODUCTION (1–3 DAYS*):
After you approve the design, we’ll produce your order in 1 to 3 business days.
SHIPPING (1–4 DAYS*):
Your order will then be carefully packed and shipped. Standard delivery usually takes 1 to 4 business days, with Express and Priority options available at checkout for faster arrival.
Need it sooner? Choose our Priority Pass service to move your design ahead in the queue, and pair it with Express or Priority Shipping for the quickest turnaround.

Do I get a preview of the artwork before purchase?
Because every piece we create is custom and handmade, we’re not able to provide a preview before an order is placed. Each artwork is carefully crafted by our artists once we receive your request.
That said, your satisfaction is our top priority:
- You’ll receive a design preview after purchase, so you can see exactly how your illustration looks.
- We offer unlimited revisions: you can request as many adjustments as needed until the design feels perfect.
- Nothing is shipped until you’ve given your final approval, guaranteeing the artwork matches your vision 100%.

What subjects are you able to illustrate?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Since all our products are personalized, changes or cancellations are not possible once the order is confirmed. If you spot an error, please contact us immediately at support@bwloveart.com, and we’ll do our best to assist before production begins.
What happens if I don’t like my design?
No worries! We offer unlimited revisions before your order goes into production, so you can be sure the design feels just right.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders above $90 qualify for free standard shipping.
What if my package arrives damaged?
We’ll send a replacement free of charge, no questions asked. Just send us photos of the damaged item within 30 days of delivery.
Can I request a new design using a different photo?
Yes, but since this requires a new illustration, there’s a $15 fee per new photo.
I haven’t received any emails from you. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you don’t see anything after 7 business days, contact us at support@bwloveart.com. If you still don’t get a reply within 48 hours, try with another email address, sometimes messages bounce back.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the USA, Canada, and Australia, and we’re working to expand further soon.
