At BW LOVE ART, every piece is created uniquely for you. Because our products are fully personalized, certain limitations apply to cancellations, refunds, and returns. Please review the following carefully before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be edited or cancelled since personalization work begins immediately.

• If you notice any mistake in your details, please contact us right away at support@bwloveart.com

Refund Conditions

• Since our artists start working on your design right after purchase, a full refund is not available, even if the product has not yet entered production.

• In cases where cancellation is requested early, a partial refund may be issued. A fee of $20 per design will be retained to cover the work already completed.

• The “Priority Pass” upgrade is a service fee and is non-refundable.

• Once production is completed, refunds are no longer possible.

• Digital files that have already been delivered by email are considered final and cannot be refunded.

Revisions & New Designs

• We provide unlimited revisions of your digital proof before your order is produced.

• If you request a new illustration from a different photo after the first design is complete, an additional $15 fee per photo applies, as a new drawing must be created from scratch.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost. All we require is clear photos of the damaged item within 30 days of delivery.

• After 30 days, we cannot issue replacements, refunds, or exchanges, even for damaged products.

Communication & Proof Approval

• Please ensure the email address used at checkout is valid, as all proofs are sent digitally for your approval.

• If you do not receive your proof within 7 business days, first check your spam folder.

• If no response is received within 48 hours of our sending, your email provider may be blocking messages. In this case, please contact us using a different email address so we can resend your proof.

Delivery Notes

• Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary. While we always aim for timely shipping, BW LOVE ART is not responsible for delays outside our control.

• Production times may also extend during peak demand.
